How to define a person’s character from the planetary positions

Above is a summary of the characteristics attributed those born under the period of time when the Sun is in the section of the zodiacal sky known as ...Gemini. To understand a person’s character a start has to be made somewhere. The easiest way is to divide the possibilities into smaller subdivisions. In Astrology this is determined by dividing the time the Earth takes to go around the Sun (a year) into twelve parts - these are the groups we call sunsigns.

For the those born on days within the rest of the Sunsign period the interpretation should apply, as long as there aren’t any other strong influences interfering with your expression through your sunsign.

For most of you, Gemini is the sign of intellect, and communication. Geminiins identify, and classify! To make meaningful contact with someone, they need words and preset models (frameworks) already determined. Speech is one of the main framworks for their activities. When dealing with words they use them to anchor fast flowing thoughts, and through this are able to control the tendency to for the “mind” to jump from one idea to another. This is why are often considered capable of “thinking fast on their feet”. The one danger for a Geminiin who loves to use words, is that they don’t become chatterboxes. Geminiins witty conversation and mental agility, combined with social courteousness, makes them popular, but they often dislike being bound to one particular person or place. Geminiins have a highly developed learning capacity and they are eager to learn all they can, gain as much knowledge as possible. They combine this knowledge with inventiveness and originality, and one of the main occupations for a Geminiin is as a writer in some form. It is because of this that you find Geminiins pursue their early education with vigour, and often continue to Further Education once they have left school, as they try to acquire as much knowledge as possible. If they do not have good education and training they will make life very difficult for everyone else, as well as themselves. Having gained a good education Geminiins will be seen as charming, refined individuals.

Emotionally, Geminiins are led by their needs of the moment. They hop from moment to moment, desiring variety within their emotional pleasures. This can make them “highly strung” and if things don’t go their way they could become depressed. Geminiins are happiest with more than one dominant interest. They enjoy working with their hands and gain much pleasure out of tasks which combine mental agility and using the hands. Highly charged Geminiins must work to acquire a calmness of the mind, as well as body. Learning to keep their hands and feet still, and eating slowly, is a discipline which enables them to maintain control even during angry moments, or extreme nervous tension. Because Geminiins tend to be in a state of fevered agitation a lot of the time, when it comes to dealing with emergencies, they rarely lose control, and their ingenuity can provide unexpected solutions, at a vital time.

They do not have any special attachment to material belongings, but they see money as the means to gain the power and freedom to satisfy their intellectual and emotional curiosity. This is why they can be attracted to money, and sometimes be very thrifty - but usually this is with their own money; they will be more likely to squander other people’s.
